JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION

Janmashtami celebration at ACDS was organised by 3rd year BDS students with a resounding success, embracing the spirit of unity, culture, and tradition. It was a day filled with joy, devotion, and togetherness, highlighting the college's commitment to celebrating India's rich heritage. As the sun set and the festivities drew to a close, the campus was left with an enduring sense of camaraderie and cultural pride.

The day also included a special Janmashtami puja, where students and faculty members gathered to offer prayers and seek blessings from Lord Krishna. The spiritual aspect of the festival added a sense of devotion and reverence to the celebrations.Cultural performances took center stage during the evening. Students showcased their talent in singing, dancing, and drama, with performances that depicted scenes from Lord Krishna's life.

No Janmashtami celebration is complete without the thrilling Dahi Handi competition. Teams of enthusiastic students formed human pyramids to break the hanging pots . The cheers and encouragement from the crowd added to the excitement of this age-old tradition.
